At Led Controls we offer a variety of enclosed switch disconnectors in either a GRP (glass reinforced polyester) mild steel or stainless steel enclosures. A 4P Switched Neutral ABB Switch disconnect is fitted which cover 415 to 440V including IP20 terminal shrouds and these can range from 63 to 1000 Amp. These units have a 63A - 160A Clamp Connection or a 200A - 400A Lug Connection.

GRP

These units are put together from Safybox Glass reinforced polyester enclosures including a metal internal backplate with a dust and water protection degree of IP66 and a impact protection degree of IK10 and include the rear wall mounting feet. These are ideal for being fitted in outside/harsh enviroments due to their temperature resistance from -30degc up to 120c and fantastic chemical resistance.

Mild steel

These switch disconnectors are enclosed in a mild steel wall mounted enlosure colour RAL7035 including a lower gland plate and removable mild steel backplate and earthing points and with a water protection degree of IP66.

Stainless Steel

These can be 304 or 316 stainless steel including a lower gland plate and a removable mild steel back plate and earthing points and with a water protection degree of IP66.

These enclosures have a 5mm double bit lock and are purposefully sized to make sure there is plenty of room inside for cabling in relation to the size of the switch disconnect fitted including a pistol grip handle which is rated IP 65 and lockable in the off position.
