WAGO Compact Controller 100: All-in-One PLC from LED Controls
What is the WAGO Compact Controller 100?
If your automation system calls for reliable control, strong communications and flexible I/O - all without filling your enclosures to bursting - the WAGO Compact Controller 100 is what you're after!
An all-in-one PLC designed for small to medium-sized automation tasks. Instead of using a separate PLC CPU and multiple I/O modules, the Compact Controller integrates everything into one fun-size DIN-rail mounted device.

The WAGO CC100 is perfect for building services, energy systems, infrastructure projects and small machines where space, simplicity and connectivity are important. The controller runs a real-time Linux operating system and supports full IEC 61131-3 PLC programming, making it suitable for both traditional control engineers and more IT-focused applications.
Integrated I/O
With built-in I/O, you won't need any additional I/O modules for most applications. The 751-9402 model also includes digital inputs for switches and sensors, configurable digital inputs and outputs for driving relays or actuators, analogue inputs and outputs for pressure, flow or valve control, and RTD temperature inputs for direct connection of Pt or Ni temperature sensors.

This wide mix of I/O makes WAGO Compact Controller 100 ideal for HVAC plant control, packaged systems, energy monitoring panels and remote telemetry units. Fewer modules mean less wiring, less fuss and less money spent on your system overall.
Powerful CPU with real-time performance
Despite its little footprint, the Compact Controller 100 packs a powerful punch. Its dual-core ARM processor running real-time Linux with deterministic behaviour allows it to handle time-critical control tasks while also managing communications, data logging and web services.

With plenty memory for programs and data, plus a microSD card slot, the controller can store trends, alarms, backups and application files directly on the device. This is particularly useful for energy and infrastructure projects where local data storage is required.
Programming and Communication
| Area | Supported technologies |
|---|---|
| PLC programming | CODESYS V3.5 |

Where to use WAGO Compact Controller 100
WAGO CC100 is well suited to HVAC and building automation, energy monitoring and substations, small machines and skids, remote telemetry and control panels, and edge computing or IIoT gateways. Its combination of industrial reliability, modern communications and compact design makes it a strong fit for both new projects and retrofit work.
For very large systems with hundreds of I/O points, a modular PLC may still be the better choice. However, for plant rooms, energy systems, remote sites and packaged equipment, the Compact Controller 100 is often faster to deploy and easier to maintain.
WAGO CC100 Available at LED Controls
The WAGO Compact Controller 100 proves that compact PLCs no longer mean limited functionality. For projects where space, simplicity and connectivity matter, it is an excellent alternative to larger modular PLC systems while still offering the performance and flexibility expected in modern automation.
