The Role
As a key member of our internal sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical enquiries — specifying suitable automation and control solutions, preparing accurate quotations and building strong customer relationships.
You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and our external sales colleagues to deliver outstanding service across a wide range of industrial automation products.
This is a fast paced, technically engaging role where commercial awareness and product knowledge go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with accurate technical advice and quotations.
- Identify and specify suitable automation and control solutions.
- Generate and process sales orders and follow up opportunities.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing and availability.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
