The A-M series content-attached terminals are made with electrolytic copper pipe of more than 99.9% purity. Due to the process of annealing and electrolytic tinning, the connectors are easier to compress and more resistant to mechanical stress. The flap features a contained attachment to allow connection to terminals of sizes not compatible with standard A-M terminals. The collar is provided with a chamfer and inspection hole to facilitate insertion of the conductor into the terminal and to prevent stretching of the elementary wires. The length of the collar is such that it facilitates the introduction of the lug into tool dies, thus simplifying wiring operations. Typical uses include control panels, switchgear, machinery and general electrical installations.
