The CPU1230-3D hydraulic press consists of a portable BO7000 hydraulic pump, complete with a two-speed hydraulic system, capable of exerting a pressure of up to 700 bar via a convenient pedal-operated lever. The press is complemented by an ECW-H3D hydraulic head, which is suitable for installing crimping electrical connectors on conductors up to 630 mm2 with the help of the standard die set compatible with other 230 kN tools and heads. Using the AU520-130C adapter, this head can use the semicircular plug-in die set common to tools developing a force of 130 kN. It is also compatible with a series of dies for compressing DIN-compliant electrical connectors and with a series of dies for cutting copper, aluminium, aldrey and aluminium-steel ropes.
