Office Administrator
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Location: Hapton
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary: £28,000
Holidays 24 days + Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Input supplier invoices accurately into the ERP system
- Contact suppliers to confirm or chase delivery dates
- Process and manage employee expenses efficiently
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and handle customer queries professionally
- Manage office stationery supplies and place replenishment orders
- Support the sales team with customer enquiries and administrative tasks
- Maintain organised filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Provide delivery updates and information to customers
- Data Entry
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Internal Sales Engineer
We're now looking to expand our team with the addition of an Internal Sales Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience - or from a similar technical background - who is confident, commercially aware, and passionate about customer service and sales.
Location: Hapton
Job Type: Full-Time 42 hours
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000
Holidays 24 days + Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product information and quotations
- Identify suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements
- Generate and process sales orders and follow up on quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering technical support where appropriate
- Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to check pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to support business growth
- Support the external sales team with key account management and project coordination
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role or within the industrial automation/electrical/control industry
- Strong technical understanding of products such as PLCs, drives, HMI systems, sensors, or similar
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Organised, with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
