IMO Precision Controls was founded in the UK in 1972, and its operations in industrial control and electronic components has since spread across the globe. The company has sales offices and logistics centres in Europe, North America, Australia and China and over 50% of its annual revenue comes from overseas markets.

LED Controls is an official IMO official distributor. IMO product ranges include AC Variable Speed Drives, a complete range of industrial automation products (including signal conditioning, power supplies and proximity sensors), solar safety specific products, control panel products as well as a variety of products supplied by the IMO Electronics Division.
