Chinese company Chint is a more recent addition to the market, with the company being founded in 1984, and producing everything from power transmission equipment to car parts ever since.

Danfoss is a worldwide producer of engineering components and solutions, founded in 1933 in the Netherlands. ILME is an Italian company that dates back to 1938, and has since become established around the world, creating connectors and installation technology. IMO was founded in the UK in 1972, and its operations in industrial control and electronic components has since spread across the world. Invertek is a Welsh manufacturer that produces variable speed drives and variable frequency drives, which are sold in more than 80 countries.

Pfannenberg is a German company that specialises in the field of electrotechnology, while Rittal has worked on creating enclosures, power distribution and more since 1961. Siemens is one of the most well-known names in many fields, with their drives and inverters in stock at LED Controls. Taiwanese company Teco has manufactured electric motors since 1956, and now operates in more than 45 countries.

Tempa Pano produces enclosures, and dates back to 1950 in Turkey, while big name Toshiba has origins in 1873 Japan, now producing drives for markets across the world. Finally, Japanese company Yaskawa was established in 1915 and is now a global producer of programmable logic controllers and variable speed drives, stocked at LED Controls.
