More space, more flexibility

Rittal AX features 30% extra room around the gland plate, which means less wrestling with cables during installation and a cleaner, more manageable finished panel. The interior installation rails can be positioned at different heights, giving you more freedom when arranging components at different mounting depths.

Rails can also be fitted directly onto locators embossed into the enclosure and securely clamped in place. No need to start drilling or cutting to create the mounting arrangement you need. Handles can be installed on site without tools, cam locks can be fitted in just a few steps, and the AX gland plate design simplifies potential equalisation. Special holes and fasteners allow the necessary electrical connection to be created automatically when the gland plate is secured.
